Tuesday, October 27, 2009 Hello!!! today got softball... so tired... first time i complaining loh... haha:) todays training was complete madness!!! First we ran for warm-up then do stretchers then throwed balls then when coach come he ask u to do batting... 30 of fence batting, hit-away, tosses and direct throws... then still got 100 of batting to... erm... air? haha:) bat until alot of us got blister loh... pain... haiz... some more this is like just the beginning loh... haiz... haha:) but it was fun in overall!!!=D
